Yes these are great choices. I know the most known is the All-in-One-SEO Pack, but there are plenty of great SEO plugins that are free and work great.

There is another good SEO plugin that is also paid for but very good, created by pro SEO Dan Lew called Keyword Winner. I find it useful.
