A Game
Website Review features agame.com, a great sites for kids and kids at heart.
Website Review recently looked at the site www.agame.com and really liked what we saw. Not only was it user friendly, but A Game has literally thousands of games to play online, and each game is categorized based on what type of game it is.
An area on the main page shows the newest games as well as the Top 10 Most Played games, including such titles as Bomb It 3, Uphill Rush, Lose the Heat, and My Pony Park. Other games are listed under categories such as Racing, Sports, Skill, Action, Adventure, Puzzle, Multiplayer, and Board & Card. One feature that we really liked was that you can mouse over any of the games or categories and a small visual snapshot of the game is displayed. A Game has games for all ages and abilities.
After choosing a category of game you want to play, you simply click on it and you will be taken to another page where you can sort the games in that category by most played, best rated, and newest. Under the title and picture for the game it shows how many plays per week it has received and what those users who have played it have rated it.
One of the things that Website Review liked the best about A Game is the fun colors. While the main page is colorful, it isn’t something that you would quickly grow tired of. The games themselves vary greatly in how they look and feel. The site does have advertising on it, but it is not distractive like on some other websites. There are also advertisements while the games are loading, but you can skip these with the click of a button.
In order to play some of the games you are required to log in, which requires you to first set up an account. All you are required to give is an email address, password, your gender, and date of birth. Once you have an account set up you can save your high scores, win awards for playing games, and compare how you are doing against your friends.
A Game has new games every day, and each game you play can be rated, and you can share the games online via Facebook, Twitter, and MySpace. If interested, you can even embed one of the games into your own website or blog.
Website Review found www.agame.com to be a friendly, fun place to play games for free. The vast array of choices makes it appealing to young and old alike, and you can’t beat that it’s all free. We recommend checking A Game out if you enjoy online gaming.
